RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For domestic orders, our return policy allows you to send back items within 7 days of the date you receive your items for a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fee. Contact customer service within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A RMA number will be assigned to you and a pre-paid shipping label emailed to you.
If an item is being returned as defective or because we have made an error in your order, you will not be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction.
We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order.
For international orders, the 7 day rule applies, however, as we are unable to create RMA labels for international returns and exchanges, you would need yourself to arrange and pay for returns for a refund of the item value paid (and place a new order if an exchange is desired).
Of course if an item is being returned as it is defective or because we have made an error in your order, we do not want you to be charged for any ship fees associated with the error correction, so it is important for you to contact us so that we can arrange proper reimbursement.
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you (the customer).
For an exchange, please follow the above returns procedure and place a new order for new item(s) you would prefer to purchase. The item you prefer may not still be here by the time your RMA parcel arrives back to our warehouse. We will refund you for your returned item(s) as soon as received.
